From the comfortable bus ride to the excellent accommodations for overnight trips, Jay leaves no detail to chance. The complimentary tailgate is a nice touch...giving his patrons even more value for their dollar. I remember being on a trip where one of Jay's customers misplaced their game tickets. No problem...Jay had the tickets replaced right away for no additional charge. Exceptional customer service and a guaranteed good time is why I will travel with Jay Pince Tours again.
